VP of Student Affairs and Strategic Enrollment Student Assistant Fullerton
Under the general direction of the Front Desk Coordinator, the Student Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service when greeting guests at the front desk, answering phones (multi-lines), assisting callers, and taking and distributing messages. The Student Assistant will be responsible for providing office and administrative support to the staff with tasks including, but not limited to: data entry, assisting with information databases and distribution lists, mailings, and distributing instructions via email. The Student Assistant will also assist with stocking and taking inventory of office supplies, kitchen items, etc. The Student Assistant will also be responsible for light housekeeping of common areas, including but not limited to, assisting with keeping a neat and clean office lobby, work room, and kitchen area. Other duties include clerical support for special projects and events.
Student Assistant - Admissions Ambassador Fullerton
Admissions Ambassadors serve the Office of Admissions as the first point of contact for both prospective students and current applicants. Students in this position respond to guests via our front desk, phone calls, email, and Service Now tickets. Admissions Ambassadors are led by the Client Relations Coordinator, who provides daily assignments and support to the student staff.
School of Music Student Assistant Fullerton
Students may perform technical work related to production at direction of faculty or production staff. The Student Assistant will assist small groups of students’ practicing in preparation for daily lessons with artist faculty. In addition, the student may assist faculty/production faculty with logistics related to daily lessons and master classes, studio/ensemble schedules and final concerts. Under direct supervision, Student Assistants perform duties ranging from unskilled to skilled and/or specialized, in a variety of positions that typically require the use of manual, clerical, public contact, and/or analytical skill. Assignments may have limited use of discretion and judgment. Work is regularly reviewed and may entail detailed instructions. Specific job duties are defined by the appropriate campus department.

The purpose of this report is to disclose statistics for fires that occurred within California State University, Fullerton housing facilities for the last three (3) calendar years, and to distribute fire safety policies and procedures intended to promote safety on campus.
