We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Financial Aid Student Assistant. The Cinema and Television Arts Department ( CTVA) is a small academic program concentrating in Critical Studies, Management of TV programming, production and screenwriting for Movies and TV. The department mission is to prepare students for careers as ethical professionals in the cinema and tv arts fields through robust curricular and co-curricular activities, a highly-qualified and diverse faculty and staff and strong links to the entertainment industry.
The College of Communication committed to providing a wide range of services designed to help student persist, and ensure students meet their goals of a timely graduation. We provide information about campus support services and resources, graduation requirements, career planning and personal development.
Under direct supervision, the student assistants in this position will perform a variation of duties as related to the support of the college in terms of IT. Duties include assisting staff with the following:
• Assist faculty and staff with technical support for various technical issues.
• Set up and configure hardware and software systems.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Exhibit strong communication skills

Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act Notification: Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, the current Annual Security Report (ASR) is available for viewing at: https://hr.fullerton.edu/risk-management/clery-act/link opens in a new window. This report contains the current security and safety-related policy statements, emergency preparedness and evacuation information, crime prevention and sexual assault prevention information, and drug and alcohol prevention programming. The ASR also contains statistics of Clery Act crimes for California State University, Fullerton for the last three (3) calendar years. Paper copies are available upon request at the CSUF Police Department.
Notice of Availability of the Annual Fire Safety Report (AFSR) In addition, pursuant to the Higher Education Opportunity Act, the AFSR is also available at https://hr.fullerton.edu/risk-management/clery-act/link opens in a new window. The purpose of this report is to disclose statistics for fires that occurred within California State University, Fullerton housing facilities for the last three (3) calendar years, and to distribute fire safety policies and procedures intended to promote safety on campus. A paper copy of the AFSR is available upon request by contacting the Housing Office located at The Housing & Residential Engagement Main Office.
