Qualifications:

-The ideal Future Leader candidate will graduate by Spring 2025
-Previous leadership and/or entrepreneurial experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Excellent time management and project prioritization skills
- Project management
-Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong internal drive to lean new skills/knowledge
- Ability to learn applicable rules/regulations and strictly follow company procedures
- Ability to work both independently and alongside teammates to achieve group goals.

Position Summary/Job Duties:

Job duties vary by rotational position:

Operations:
- Provide reminders of missed loan payments to our clients' borrowers
- Communicate effectively using text messaging, email, phone conversation, and web chat
- Identify the root cause of borrowers' challenges and proactively identify possible solutions
- Clearly document all interactions and conversations
- Lead operational projects and initiatives as directed by leadership

Customer Service
- Answer client questions
- Assist with client onboarding
- Join and lead client strategy meetings

Marketing/Sales
- Cold and warm outreach to prospective clients
- Update/create marketing materials
- Help implement marketing/sales plan
- Execute and improve sales processes

Physical Demands:

The ability to work on a computer for 2-8 hours at a time (depending on shift length)
