Boral is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy and execution for the South East Queensland Quarries business. Based in Milton, this role is pivotal to our growth, margin improvement, and market share expansion.
You’ll lead a passionate team of Account Managers and Internal Sales professionals, creating a culture of excellence through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management. With your strategic thinking, customer-centric mindset, and commercial acumen, you'll help us deliver exceptional results in a competitive market.
Your day will involve:
- Drive revenue growth through innovative pricing, strategic planning and expand business opportunities within our existing customer base.
- Lead the charge in new business development, major project acquisition, and effective sales pipeline management.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a team of high-performing sales professionals, setting clear goals and holding them accountable.
- Champion customer service excellence and act as a key advocate for the customer in internal planning.
- Play a critical role in margin expansion and commercial negotiations, including national key accounts and strategic tenders.
