JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Prepare pitch books and proposals for potential deals & mandates.
- Prepare financing proposals tailored to the specific requirements of prospective clients.
- Prepare documents for submissions to and liaising with the relevant authorities for approvals.
- Prepare Information Memorandum and other marketing materials.
- Prepare credit papers on underwriting or subscription arrangement for credit committee’s approval.
- Review legal documents and coordinate legal documentation process as well as compliance of conditions precedent.
- Liaise with in-house Agency Unit on pre and post issuance administration and agency functions.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years related experience in debt capital markets or corporate banking.
- Good analytical, writing & communication skills.
- Good knowledge of debt capital markets product.
- A team player and excellent interpersonal skills.
