Specialist, Moving and Setup in Malibu Campus
A Specialist for Moving and Setup is responsible for facilitating and managing University property, furniture, and equipment. This includes placing and arranging equipment and furniture for University moving projects and event setups. The specialist processes all surplus inventory items in the Warehouse, utilizing a computerized inventory control system to confirm receipts, issue stock, and maintain accurate records. The specialist processes surplus inventory at the Calabasas warehouse and assists with University event setups. This includes placing and arranging furniture and overseeing the services of outside vendors hired to support the events. Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary. The Warehouse/Service Specialist 2 also operates Warehouse forklifts and other material handling equipment to perform duties efficiently and safely.

This position will serve as the main point-of-contact for students, families, and student employees, working to communicate effectively with them on an intellectual, emotional, and spiritual level to ensure they understand the financial assistance process.
