Landscape Equipment Operator Malibu Campus
The Department of Facilities Services (DFS), performs all aspects of University equipment use and maintenance for the Landscape Services division to ensure an aesthetically pleasing, safe, and clean University environment. Under the guidance of the Landscape and Irrigation Services Supervisor and the Manager, the Landscape Equipment Operator will work closely with DFS and other University departments to ensure assignments are completed with the highest quality and efficiency.

Under the general supervision of the Manager of Landscape and Irrigation Services within the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with team members, this position plays a key role in maintaining the University’s grounds. Responsibilities include performing a wide range of advanced landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, cutting, blowing, watering, power washing, planting, and maintaining ornamental trees, shrubs, flowers, lawns, and hardscapes. Additional duties include essential groundskeeping activities like litter and trash removal to ensure a clean and welcoming environment. The Landscaper 2 position requires exceptional landscaping expertise, encompassing a thorough understanding of design principles, plant selection, soil science, and water management to uphold the highest standards of landscape aesthetics and functionality.
Staff Counselor Malibu Campus
This person promotes mental health on the Pepperdine University campus through direct intervention, outreach/prevention programming, consultation, and training. This particular position provides mental health services to currently enrolled Pepperdine students. As a staff member in Student Affairs who works closely with students, this person serves as a Christian role model to students. Shuttle Driver Malibu Campus
Pepperdine University, a private, non-profit, faith-based institution, seeks a Shuttle Driver to safely transport students, faculty, staff, and guests to and from various destinations on and around Pepperdine's campus, serving those with accessibility needs following ADA regulations. This position serves as a front-line ambassador, upholding the University mission through work performed, warmly welcoming students, community members and guests, and providing directional information as needed. As a member of Pepperdine's Transit team, the Shuttle Driver will be one of the first, and most regular, faces interacting with our passengers. There will be occasions on which departments within the University will request off-campus special events that will require shuttle services. The incumbent will be expected to reflect Pepperdine's high customer service standards with a friendly and helpful demeanor.

Enrollment Services Processor West LA Campus
This role is responsible for supporting prospective students throughout the application and admissions process by managing key documents and data. The primary focus of this position is heavy data entry to ensure accurate and efficient processing of applications. Key responsibilities include answering all in-bound calls and emails for the Pepperdine GSEP Admissions office, performing high-volume outbound calling to prospective students, and collecting, uploading, and tracking admissions documents to prepare files for review. Daily use of multiple data systems, including, but not limited to, PeopleSoft, SalesForce, data imaging systems, and online application systems. The ability to meet deadlines and be detail oriented are essential to ensure applications are processed and ready for review in a timely manner.
Associate Vice President and University Title IX Coordinator Malibu Campus
Reporting to the Vice President for Student Affairs this position collaborates with University partners (including, but not limited to, the Department of Public Safety, the Office of Community Standards, the Office of General Counsel, Athletics, Academics, Housing & Residence Life, and the Counseling Center) and in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, lead the University-wide Title IX program. This position oversees Pepperdine’s response to all reports and complaints involving possible sex discrimination. It coordinates and monitors support and outcomes, identifies and addresses any patterns, and assesses impacts on the campus climate so the University can address issues that affect the wider University community. Coordinating both prevention and support resources will ensure that all students and employees can benefit from Pepperdine’s Christian mission and offerings.
Faculty and Student Support Coordinator Malibu Campus
Under the direction of the Associate Director of the Straus Degree Programs, this position manages and supports the 85+ academic law school classes that are administered through the Straus Institute each year and the faculty who teach those classes. These classes are held over 4 different terms and utilize faculty who often are commuting to teach in intensive formats from other parts of the country and around the world. This person ensures that faculty and students are given the highest level of support. This person helps faculty with all of their class related needs including book orders, syllabi, posting of class materials, copies of exercises, managing assignments, and that feedback is available for students. Since many of Straus courses are offered in the evenings and/or on weekends, this person also makes sure that faculty have support after regular business hours. This position helps faculty with travel arrangements when needed. Students rely on this person for assistance accessing class materials on Courses (and occasionally instructions on how to use other platforms), help with submitting final assignments and managing extension requests.
