Project Manager Malibu Campus
Under the direction of the Director of the Department of Design and Construction (DDC), and in collaboration with colleagues, the Project Manager manages design and construction projects such as additions, refurbishments, remodels, and new construction on University properties. Management will include planning through design, construction, and project closeout. The Project Manager will closely collaborate with colleagues in the DDC, Department of Facilities Services (DFS), Planning, Operations, and Construction (POC), Department of Public Safety (DPS), IT, administration, and other University departments to initiate and deliver projects of high aesthetic and functional quality, on budget and on schedule.
SEO Manager Calabasas Campus
This experienced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager will be responsible for optimizing University digital marketing channels to maximize their true SEO potential. We are looking for a hands-on professional with excellent problem solving and analytical skills that has knowledge of various SEO reporting & analytical platforms to support our Web development and Marketing teams in the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) group. The associate lab manager will partner with the laboratory manager to ensure facilities function well in support of teaching and research efforts in the science laboratories and stockroom. Duties will include support for field experiences for classes and research projects, ordering and receiving goods, managing the stockroom area, training and managing student employees, ensure the safe and secure storage of chemicals and materials, and direct engagement with faculty in support of their research laboratories. The associate laboratory manager will be provided time and support to gain a Class B driver’s license to facilitate driving students on field events and retreats. Associate University Librarian for Special Collections, University Archives, and Preservation Malibu Campus
Reporting to the Dean of Libraries, the Associate University Librarian (AUL) for Special Collections, University Archives, and Preservation oversees all aspects of the Special Collections, University Archives, and Preservation department. The AUL leads a team of faculty, staff, and student workers to conduct collection development, preservation, organization, description, access, instruction, promotion and outreach for cultural heritage materials held by the libraries, especially rare books and archival materials. The AUL provides administrative oversight and support by setting priorities, hiring and supervising staff, managing budget expenditures, developing policies and procedures, and grant-writing. The AUL works with the Dean of Libraries and the department’s faculty and staff to set a vision for the department, and promotes this vision to stakeholders, including donors, faculty, and researchers. The AUL also serves on the libraries’ senior leadership team, and integrates the work of the department with the library as a whole. Additionally, the AUL contributes to teaching, learning, and research on campus by hosting workshops, providing in-class instruction, and leading seminars using special collection materials. The AUL helps to maintain ties with the university’s local community and heritage by building collections that reflect these relationships.

The Outreach Center Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the telephone fundraising for Advancement, including development and management of student supervisors and recruiting, hiring, and training of student callers. This role also coordinates Seaver College student philanthropy. The Outreach Center Manager will perform daily, weekly and long-term statistical analyses, act as liaison between student callers and Pepperdine staff, and be capable of effectively maintaining the integrity of a Pepperdine outreach center. The outreach center exists to facilitate a dialogue between Pepperdine and its constituents (alumni, parents, students, etc.) and cultivate engagement opportunities and a healthy donor base.
