Program Coordinator, EMBA and PKE Program Administration West LA Campus
The position supports the operations of the Executive MBA (EMBA) as well as the Presidents and Key Executives MBA (PKE) programs at the Graziadio Business School through excellent administrative service, effective event coordination, and detailed processing of financial transactions. The EMBA and PKE Programs Office serves as the primary operational infrastructure for the management and delivery of our executive MBA programs designed for executive-level working professionals.
Office Coordinator West LA Campus
The primary purpose of this position is to provide assistance to student visitors, faculty, and staff, maintain the GSEP lobby, and manage office functionality. This includes working at the front desk as a receptionist identifying and assisting GSEP guests, visitors, potential and enrolled students’ questions and concerns. The Office Coordinator serves as the liaison between GSEP, building management and external vendors. This position also offers support for room scheduling, staff and faculty events and special projects.
Resident Director Malibu Campus
In this 10-month position, July 18-May 15, Resident Directors (RDs) serve as ministers, professionals, mentors, educators, and scholar-practitioners. Their primary function is to build community within an assigned residential area, to support students, and to foster respect for the policies of the institution. This position contributes to and supports the University's mission and strategic plan by enhancing the learning experience and by fostering a safe, caring, respectful, and dynamic residential community. Resident Directors oversee 6-15 student leaders including Resident Advisors (RAs) and Spiritual Life Advisors (SLAs); develop communities of 250-450 freshmen, sophomores, or upperclassmen/graduate students; and provide support to campus via an on-call RD rotation.

The Assistant Vice Chancellor and Senior Director of Development will have primary responsibility for developing, organizing, leading, and implementing a comprehensive fundraising program and strategies for the Graziadio Business School and plays an important front-line fundraising role. As a major gift officer, this position will be expected to personally raise major gifts in support of the dean’s fundraising priorities, focusing on donors with a capacity of $25,000 to $1M+. Senior ERP Developer, EIS - Remote Remote
This position is responsible for providing technical expertise, execution of development projects using the Oracle Peoplesoft Development tools. The Senior ERP Developer supports the University by creating custom software applications as well as integrating and/or implementing Oracle Peoplesoft delivered and third-party software. The Senior ERP Developer has a solid understanding of all integration points and features of Oracle Peoplesoft systems. Individuals within the ERP Applications Development career progression work closely with clients, business analysts, and team members to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions for the development and operation of ERP systems. They typically design, test, and debug ERP software, while also providing client support, consultation, and subject matter expertise for day-to-day operations, maintenance, and support. ERP developers ensure that all ERP applications are in compliance with the organization's architectural standards. ERP Applications Developers configure, analyze, design, develop, and maintain ERP program codes and applications to support business processes and functions. They also work on elements of large, complex installations. Support the University by providing senior-level technical expertise for development projects, creating custom software applications, and integrating and/or implementing third-party software. Work closely with the department’s PeopleSoft functional leads, PeopleSoft Environments team, the infrastructure group, and end-user groups.
Learning Technologies Administrator, Technology & Learning - Remote Remote, Malibu Campus

Reporting to the Associate University Librarian (AUL) for Special Collections, University Archives, and Preservation, and collaborating closely with departmental team members, the Librarian for Description, Documentation, and Discovery leads the work of special collections cataloging and processing for the University Libraries, supervises student employees, establishes and carries out procedures and manages workflow for all special collections acquisitions, cataloging, and processing. Through metadata creation, this position ensures researchers’ discovery of and access to our special collections, including the rare book, manuscript, and archives collections, the Malibu Historical Collection, the Starr Art and Music Collection, the University Archives, and the Churches of Christ Heritage Center collection. Recruitment Specialist Malibu Campus
This position acts as the primary liaison between prospective students and the Caruso School of Law, performing recruitment outreach for the Straus Institute’s in person graduate degrees and certificate programs as well as Straus training programs. This includes working with very established attorneys and judges (both domestic and international) who are interested in Straus programs to help them determine the best fit for their individual needs and goals. In collaboration with Straus leadership and the CSOL marketing team, this position is responsible for maintaining prospective student communications and the nurturing of applicants through relationship building efforts. This includes proactively engaging with new and existing leads by conducting email and call campaigns, individual consultations, facilitating class visits, planning and running weekly information sessions, as well as other in person and virtual engagement events and activities. This position also provides administrative support to Straus’ Managing Director.
