    The Night Auditor plays a key role in creating a welcoming and exceptional experience for all guests visiting and staying at the Villa Graziadio Executive Center. Bringing excellence to all aspects of work, and serving as a front-line representative of the Villa Graziadio Executive Center, the Night Auditis responsible for overseeing guest check-ins, check-outs, handling inquiries, and processing payments, while delivering excellent customer service and hospitality, reflective of Pepperdine University. This role helps ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for all guests, while fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires experience in customer service, with an understanding of event operations and a proactive approach to hospitality.

  • Lilly Fellow in K-12, Community, and Church Outreach in Malibu Campus

    Working closely with the Museum Director and Museum Assistant, the Lilly Fellow will lead the development and implementation of educational partnerships with regional K-12 schools, community groups, and houses of worship as part of the Museum’s Lilly Endowment-funded initiative “Passages.” The Fellow will build on existing programs and relationships to create a more ambitious and sustainable approach to arts education at the Center for the Arts. The ideal candidate will be versant in contemporary art and museum arts education, with a passion for making art accessible to diverse multigenerational audiences. The candidate must possess a familiarity with the major world religions and a high level of comfort and ease participating in and leading discussions about faith, religion, and spirituality. The ability to work well within a small team, in a fast-paced environment (sometimes under pressure), while remaining professional, flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, is crucial to this role. Advanced written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability, and attention to detail are equally important.

    Under the supervision of the Division Coordinator, the Administrative Assistant provides support on a broad range of tasks to the Psychology Division, Associate Dean, faculty, staff and administration in order to accomplish the functions, goals and objectives of the Psychology Division. Tasks and responsibilities are determined by division priorities. The primary focus of the position is to support administrative activities to ensure that the functions, goals and objectives of the office are accomplished and the Psychology Division faculty and Pepperdine University's GSEP are supported.

  • Executive Assistant to the Dean and Deans' Suite Project Manager in Malibu Campus

    The primary purpose of the Executive Assistant to the Dean and Deans' Suite Project Manager is to manage the functions and responsibilities of the School of Law’s Dean’s Office effectively and efficiently; provide administrative support to the Dean; and to coordinate workflow among the leadership team. This position will act as a liaison between the Dean and internal (faculty, staff, and students) and external (university administration, Board of Advisors, Dean’s Council, donors, alumni, legal education, public) constituencies. The Executive Assistant and Deans' Suite Project Manager will provide accurate updating and confidential maintenance of correspondence/records; plan and implement events for the Dean’s office in a professional and efficient manner, and accurately and efficiently manage the Dean’s communication flow and schedule. This position will draw upon various law school departments and staff to support the operation of the Dean's office as needed. This position must interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining proactive, resourceful, and efficient while displaying a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

    The Athletics Academic Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the academic success and eligibility of Pepperdine student-athletes. This position is responsible for implementing individualized academic plans, monitoring progress toward degree completion, and ensuring compliance with University, conference, and NCAA academic standards. Through collaboration with coaching staff and campus partners, the coordinator provides timely academic updates and contributes to the overall mission of the University by fostering student-athlete development both in the classroom and beyond.
