Responsibilities:

• Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality / testing procedures, standards and/or specifications.
• Working with system development teams and business teams to engage and review test automation specifications and executions.
• Working with system development teams to review and improve overall quality of deliverables.
• Writing QA reports and procedures.
• Coordinating QA meetings and initiatives among IT and business users.
• Collecting, analyzing and distributing data and statistics regarding quality management.

Requirements:

• University graduate preferably in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 5 years working experience in IT is preferred, in particular a good understanding of agile methodology and test automation (lesser experience will also be considered for junior position).
• Hands on experience in using Selenium, Appium, TestComplete and UFT One is much preferred.
• Certification in one or more of the following professional disciplines QM, PMP, Scrum Master is a definite advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, with strong analytical mind.
• Good writing skills in both Chinese & English.
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin is much preferred.
