The Combined Materials & Purchasing Centre for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is seeking a procurement professional to manage all aspects of procurement for the group hotels based in Hong Kong. This key role will be responsible for anticipating business and clients needs in the development of business and source plans, product and service requirements and develop procurement source plans, which meet the needs of the specific business area.
