Project Assistant in Partially Remote
The Project Assistant will be a member of the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health (DFMCH) Office of Community Health (OCH) at UW-Madison. The Project Assistant will work with the Research Scientist and members of the OCH team to contribute to activities that promote the OCH vision to build and sustain trusting partnerships with the community in our shared pursuit of health equity. Specifically, this position will contribute to activities that investigate, promote, and evaluate efforts to support design and evaluation of programs that promote equitable community-engaged partnership. The Project Assistant will collaborate with OCH staff and DFMCH physicians to conduct literature reviews, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and present findings on topics that may include nutrition security, community health worker engagement, health services delivery, chronic disease prevention, and health workforce development. Some administrative responsibilities are required as part of this role (e.g., scheduling meetings, taking and disseminating notes).
