Are you an experienced project manager ready to make a lasting impact in education infrastructure? Our dynamic Finance & Infrastructure team is looking for a Schools Development Manager to lead critical projects across our schools and offices, from concept through to completion.

About the Opportunity:
As Schools Development Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of infrastructure projects across diverse locations, driving outcomes at every stage of delivery. You will:

Lead projects from concept to handover, providing strategic advice and expertise

Manage the design, development, and implementation of school infrastructure

Identify and mitigate risks, while ensuring compliance with governance and policy frameworks

Oversee reporting, financials, procurement, and quality assurance

Coordinate internal and external teams and manage a wide range of stakeholders

Ensure all projects align with CSPD's standards and objectives
About You:
You are a confident and capable leader with the ability to balance technical know-how with effective stakeholder management. You'll bring:

Proven experience in construction, project management, or architecture (desirable)

A current Working with Children Check (Paid Employee)

A proactive mindset, with a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and educational outcomes
