| Purpose of the Position: |
Reporting to the Director for HR Innovation and Technology, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Manager for Benefits and Employee Services, this position provides cross-functional HRIS, benefits, and employee services support by assuming recurring operational, data, reporting, system, and vendor-related responsibilities. Upon hire, the incumbent will maintain day-to-day operations while key staff dedicate significant time to the ERP implementation.
Duties/Responsiblities Benefits Systems & Vendor Interfaces • Manage Banner benefits functionality, deduction/benefit data, vendor files, file reconciliation, error resolution, eligibility interfaces, and vendor coordination.
Annual & Recurring HR Processes • Manage merit, annual salary processes, benefit-related annual processes, HR data validation, and other cyclical HRIS activities.
Compliance • Support HR compliance initiatives and projects, and the associated data reconciliation, training, and reporting. • Coordinate Title II digital accessibility requirements and document remediation tracking, inventories, and coordination with appropriate University resources. • Assist in maintaining Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance records and data. Other projects as assigned.
Data Quality, Reporting & Controls • Manage reconciliations, audits, exception reporting, process documentation, and data-quality controls.
ERP/Technology Transition Support • Manage current-state documentation, conversion validation, testing, and knowledge transfer from Banner to Oracle.

| Minimum Requirements: |
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 4–6 years of progressively responsible full-time verifiable work experience in Human Resources or Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). • Experience utilizing HR vendor interfaces, eligibility files, or recurring data exchanges. • Experience reconciling HR, payroll or benefits data and resolving discrepancies. • Knowledge of HR data confidentiality, controls and audit requirements. • Working knowledge of digital accessibility requirements and document remediation, or ability to develop expertise. •Advanced Excel or data analysis skills with emphasis on the use of VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP. •Ability to independently manage recurring processes with payroll, benefits, and compliance deadlines.
