Research Associate I, S4 Alabama
The Research Associate will support the IMPACT Project Office at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC). NASA's IMPACT Project Office monitors trends and progressions across the informatics, data science, and information technology communities in order to inform strategy and develop effective solutions for Earth science data management and dissemination. Additionally, the IMPACT Project Office provides a broad user perspective as to how NASA Earth science data and information are represented and communicated. The IMPACT project fosters cross-community collaborations in order to improve all phases of the Earth science data life cycle, including processes, policies, engineering, and information communication.
Research Associate II, Step 3 Alabama
The Research Associate II will provide training and documentation support for the Windchill ePDM activity at Redstone Arsenal, AL. Develop curricula to provide detailed instruction to Army engineers and logisticians regarding technical data package prep and review. The Annual Giving Officer (AGO) is responsible for designing and implementing all annual giving components of the University's development program. The AGO implements strategies for identifying, cultivating, and successfully soliciting individuals, corporations, and foundations for annual gifts to support the University. This position is responsible for managing University-wide, college-specific, and unit-directed fundraising initiatives, leading the development of mailed and emailed marketing materials as well as any electronic fundraising platforms, educating students on the importance of being engaged and supportive alumni, and soliciting a medium-sized portfolio of leadership annual giving prospects as well as a small portfolio of major gift prospects. The AGO should be an excellent communicator and writer, and an experienced fundraising or marketing professional.

This position must maintain regular office hours on campus that may or may not match standard business hours. Under the general direction of the Assistant Director of Facilities Maintenance, the employee provides oversight for the preventive maintenance, repair, and minor renovations of all Education & General (E&G) properties. He also provides leadership for service orders for small construction and/or alterations to existing facilities. He coordinates the activities of a multi-craft technical workforce; organizes workflow; arranges logistical support for facility repair projects; and inspects work for quality. He/she shall have some budgetary responsibility and record-keeping duties.
Assistant Coach, Women's Lacrosse Alabama

Director of Graduate and International Admissions Alabama
Reporting to the Associate Provost for International Services, Academic Integrity, and Dean of the Graduate School, The Director of Graduate and International Admissions at The University of Alabama in Huntsville will manage and provide oversight of the daily operations of the office. The Director is responsible for all aspects of the recruitment and admissions process for all graduate students as well as for all international students. This individual also acts as a liaison between the Graduate School and prospective students; reviews prospective student applications; coordinates admissions programs; leads admissions events; and coordinates the admissions review process with graduate program directors. The Director will work closely with the Associate and Provost and Dean in the planning and administration of strategic enrollment, and recruitment and outreach initiatives, and programming. The incumbent will also manage graduate and international recruitment efforts in the management of the functional development and maintenance of the university’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) applications systems.
Group Fitness Instructor Alabama
The Group Fitness Instructor will be responsible for providing appropriate group exercise and quality fitness instruction for University Fitness Center members, to include students, faculty, staff, community members, and participants.
Early Childhood Special Educator Alabama
The Early Childhood Special Educator will assist in the classrooms with direct and indirect special education support for teachers. Utilize Developmentally Appropriate Practices with Teaching Strategies Gold, and Conscious Discipline to support individual child and classroom needs. Senior Staff Assistant Alabama
The Senior Staff Assistant will provide high-level financial and administrative support for the faculty and financial management for the ECE department. This position manages the operating and equipment budgets for the department, faculty and staff hiring/onboarding, purchasing, and the coordination of complex financial processes for all faculty, research, academic, and student accounts. This position also coordinates the course scheduling process for each semester and provides office support for the main departmental office/projects.
