Work Schedule: Typical campus office schedule is Mon-Thurs 7:30-5:00 Fri 7:30-2:30

Job Summary:
This position serves in a key operational, fiscal, and stewardship role and is responsible for data, financial, records management, and reporting for the NIC Development Department, which includes the NIC Foundation, Grants, and Alumni Association Relations. This position provides department data, fiscal, and tracking needs for annual and special projects, events, and grants. This position manages the Raiser’s Edge NXT donor and alumni database, ensuring that data is coded and presented correctly, and stays current with trends and best practices, and ensures users are trained and supported.

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience:  Associate’s degree and a minimum of three years full-time equivalent related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with database and fiscal data entry, tracking, budgeting, reconciliation, and reporting required.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, college employees, volunteers, and internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work some evenings/weekends
• Proficient skills using Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to use standard office equipment
• Proficient skills using database systems (e.g., donor databases such as Raiser’s Edge, Access)
