Job Summary:
This position is directly responsible for overseeing the health professions programs at North Idaho College. This role involves supporting the program directors in management of health professions programs, supporting students and faculty, and fostering internal and external partnerships to ensure the programs meet academic, clinical and professional standards. The Director plays a key role in shaping the direction of the health professions curriculum, enhancing the educational experience, and maintaining accreditation standards.

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Minimum of three years full-time equivalent experience leading interdisciplinary teams required.
• Experience with achieving and maintaining accreditation either in the health care industry or academic setting required.
Required License and/or Certifications:
Valid driver’s license is required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain an approachable demeanor in all circumstances
• Strong ability to work well in a collaborative environment
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively

• Adaptable and able to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
