Job Summary:
Under limited supervision this position responds to customer requests for information regarding classes, records the information into a computer system for registration purposes, and provides referrals as appropriate. This position also facilitates test proctoring and provides general customer service and office support.

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and a minimum of one year of full-time related experience and/or training is required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and with a small team.
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
• Highly proficient phone skills with the ability to accommodate customer/student needs and enrollments over the phone
• Ability to maintain and consistently demonstrate a positive attitude, high level of integrity and respect for others.
• Proficient skills using Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to operate standard office equipment including phone, fax, copier
