North Idaho College is seeking a passionate and versatile Assistant Professor of Music to join our talented faculty in inspiring the next generation of musicians. Located in beautiful Coeur d’Alene, our campus offers a vibrant, student-focused environment with stunning lake views as your backdrop.
In this role, you may teach music survey courses, theory, and composition, while providing studio instruction in piano. You’ll also have the opportunity to help shape and grow our music program, advise students, and connect with local and regional music educators and performers.

Minimum Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Music with an emphasis in music education, piano or composition. A minimum of one year experience teaching music survey courses and lessons in area of expertise, such as piano, theory, or composition is required. Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of students, faculty, and staff from multi-cultural backgrounds.
Starting pay range: $50,834 - $70,554

Work Site Location: Coeur d' Alene Campus
Work Schedule: This tenure track position has summers off, with pay and benefits spread over 12 months!
