The position also requires the active involvement in associations and external trade shows where ADOSH is invited to speak on the current trends for compliance and consultation best practices.
The position will be a direct supervisor for three consultants, and one trainer. Indirectly, the position will help support another seven in the Phoenix Consultation Department when the Phoenix Consultation Supervisor is absent or out in the field visiting with an employer or organization. |

What You'll Do:
Participates in the implementation, support of system design, and administration of AHCCCS systems and infrastructure. In addition to assigned systems/applications, projects and administrative tasks may be assigned as needed. Authority to install, configure, and modify systems and infrastructure are part of the job, with approved change control.
Major duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Proactively solves complex and unique problems.
• Troubleshoot across multiple applications and create run books and playbooks for each event with the necessary escalation paths established.
• Create and update documentation, including standard operating procedures, administrative instructions, after action reports for system outages, task status updates, and customer reports.
• Daily monitoring of the network, servers, cloud and applications to ensure full availability and optimum performance. Utilize software tools, basic scripting skills, and logs to monitor network and system health.
• Assist with application integration and troubleshooting in this infrastructure for a complex application environment, including management of dependencies on services, platforms, and other applications within the cloud infrastructure to include use of basic scripting tools.
• Provide primary support and maintenance of claims submission services and software, such as Foresight and Managed File Transfer (MFT).
• Manage instances compliant with Arizona cloud infrastructure and services in GovCloud and Commercial environments.
• Perform day-to-day operational administration of complex multi-user cloud-based computing systems including user management, audits, patches, and upgrades.
• Support and troubleshoot web applications. This includes deployment of web applications using Public Cloud environments and utilizing application and server logs to identify and resolve issues.
• Build technical knowledge of virtual machines and applications operating in Cloud IaaS, PaaS and SaaS environments. |
