| • This position will support the Deputy Associate Superintendent of Assessments and has the added responsibility of supporting the Division's administrative functions (budgets, web, procurement, data files).
• This position will also assist the Deputy Associate Superintendent of Accountability to maintain sound fiscal operations and implement best practices procedures:
• Developing and maintaining a system of budget controls;
• Assisting in the maintenance of projects, special accounts, and conferences;
• Coordinating meetings and travel logistics;
• Assigning priorities and deadlines;
• Coordinating activities within procurement systems;
• Acting as liaison between the budget department and Deputy Associate Superintendents;
• Handling confidential information;
• Maintaining, updating and submitting budget amendments and other procurement items;
• Preparing reports for various stakeholders; and
• Developing and implementing budget and accounting procedures
• Rare in-state travel is required for this position. |
