Human Resources Analyst Intermediate

| Under the direction of the the Agency's Human Resources (HR) Operations Manager, this position will perform intermediate level human resources work in Operations. This position will provide HR data knowledge in processing personnel actions, audit HR data by extracting data to analyze and validate. Will assist with completing data entry for all agency personnel action forms (PAF) into the HR system. Will prepare and provide ad-hoc HR data reports to HR management when requested. Will analyze and audit past actions entered to ensure accuracy and appropriate application of personnel rules as applicable and make corrections as needed. The position will be responsible for monitoring and responding to emails in the Human Resources main email box. Answering the Human Resources main phone line. Maintaining and creating employee's electronic personnel files. This position will be a back up to the benefits liaison position. Present the ADOA Benefit Options and Agency Programs through new hire orientation. The HR Operations Analyst Intermediate also reviews HR processes and work flow and recommends process improvement steps to the HR Operations Manager and assists with special projects as assigned. |
