PLAN REVIEW MANAGER REMOTE OPTIONS, PHOENIX
Within the Office of Manufactured Housing, the Plan Review Manager is responsible for reviewing submitted construction and installation plans for compliance with federal regulations, statute, rule, adopted codes and standards while managing staff engaged in the same activity. This includes maintaining awareness, best practices and the necessary tools to efficiently review, understand and interpret building code and construction variations as new and innovative building types are introduced in the state. Manages negotiated contractual agreements; monitors contract expenditures; advises contracting agencies; writes reports, memoranda and correspondence. Provides regulatory and code guidance and consultation to department personnel, licensees, registrants, contractors, contracting agencies, and the public. Provides training, coaching and education of staff to better the understanding of state and federal programs and requirements. Maintain program records and currency of all reporting requirements. Perform other tasks as assigned, to include participation in development of other division programs, trouble shooting and problem solving, promotion of best practices throughout the division and industry. This position may offer the ability to work remotely, in Arizona, to include in-office hoteling, based on the department’s business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.
COMPLIANCE SAFETY HEALTH SUPERVISOR TUCSON
This position provides and promotes the Arizona Division of Occupational Safety and Health Consultation Program to a variety of employers across the State of Arizona through visits and outreach training, which includes conducting Voluntary Protection Program inspections; providing industry best practices when necessary; Recommending improvements to existing safety and health management systems; Reviewing annual SHARP and VPP summary reports from employers; Reviewing Arizona and National Bureau of Labor Statistics Data to determine injury/illness trends for Arizona businesses, Encouraging employer participation in an ADOSH Partnership program. The position also requires the active involvement in associations and external trade shows where ADOSH is invited to speak on the current trends for compliance and consultation best practices. The position will be a direct supervisor for three consultants, and one trainer. Indirectly, the position will help support another seven in the Phoenix Consultation Department when the Phoenix Consultation Supervisor is absent or out in the field visiting with an employer or organization.
Human Resources Analyst Intermediate PHOENIX
Under the direction of the the Agency's Human Resources (HR) Operations Manager, this position will perform intermediate level human resources work in Operations. This position will provide HR data knowledge in processing personnel actions, audit HR data by extracting data to analyze and validate. Will assist with completing data entry for all agency personnel action forms (PAF) into the HR system. Will prepare and provide ad-hoc HR data reports to HR management when requested. Will analyze and audit past actions entered to ensure accuracy and appropriate application of personnel rules as applicable and make corrections as needed.
