This position provides and promotes the Arizona Division of Occupational Safety and Health Consultation Program to a variety of employers across the State of Arizona through visits and outreach training, which includes conducting Voluntary Protection Program inspections; providing industry best practices when necessary; Recommending improvements to existing safety and health management systems; Reviewing annual SHARP and VPP summary reports from employers; Reviewing Arizona and National Bureau of Labor Statistics Data to determine injury/illness trends for Arizona businesses, Encouraging employer participation in an ADOSH Partnership program. The Adoption and Guardianship Subsidy Case Manager provides senior-level case management with direct/indirect assistance to hard to place adoptive children and their families. This position reviews applications to determine eligibility for the respective programs, and creates cases in the software systems to allow for payments to be processed and the child to receive insurance coverage. In addition, this position provides ongoing support/advocacy to the family.

This position is assigned to our General Accounting group within the ADHS Controller's Office and works under general supervision of an Accounting Supervisor as an Accountant 2. Makes practical applications of technical accounting principles, theories, and concepts beyond the mere application of detailed rules and instructions pertaining to a specific system. Performs assignments that are designed to expand practical experience and continue development of professional judgment in the application of basic accounting techniques, such as examining a variety of financial statements for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other agency-specific accounting requirements. Maintains effective fiscal management by analyzing, interpreting, and evaluating accounting and reporting systems, procedures, policies, and methods. Health Program Manager 2	PHOENIX
Under general direction, will manage the State Loan Repayment, J1 Visa and the National Interest Waiver Programs and assist with the data collection for designations of Health Professional Shortage Areas in Arizona. The position will serve as the main point of contact for federal programs such as the National Health Service Corps and Nurse Corps Program. The position is responsible for reviewing and approving SLRP and J1/NIW applications in coordination with the Office Chief; activities include: NHSC site development activities; conducting marketing activities; managing/monitoring SLRP contracts; overseeing loan repayment disbursements; managing database and spreadsheets; assist with NHSC site development; developing/revising program materials and web contents; developing standard work and manuals; interpreting rules and statutes; providing technical assistance statewide; and following established program guidelines and protocol per state and federal requirements.
