The Senior Information Technology Security Analyst reports to the Director, Information Security Infrastructure; will assist with the management of a campus-wide information security program, concentrating on implementation and maintenance of network and infrastructure security posture by utilizing best practices and compliance with relevant information technology security standards, procedures, and regulations. Analyze traffic, system logs, and alerts, making recommendations to improve security posture and security system tool configurations. Participation in documenting processes and technology to ensure the security of all MTSU systems, data collected, stored, and transmitted by MTSU. Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of information security industry issues, alerts, and threats. Participate in departmental on-call rotation and perform other related duties as assigned. |
Instructional Systems Administrator I

The Instructional Systems Administrator I will provide administration, development, and support for campus software management platforms hosted in the University's data centers and the cloud. The ISA will serve as a system administrator for campus learning management system(s) and other learning-based systems. Responsibilities include managing the LMS and third-party integrations, using tools like D2L, Canvas, Panopto, Zoom, Office 365 applications, Banner, Oracle, Active Directory, etc. The role includes developing and delivering training for students, faculty, and staff on all MTSU learning systems, as well as ensuring the functionality of classroom and online technologies. The ISA will also assist the web team as needed in web page design or creation. |

Assistant Director - Compliance

Assist the Associate Athletic Director for Compliance develop, monitor and oversee all aspects of NCAA compliance for 17 NCAA Division I athletic programs. Essential tasks include: assist to investigate infractions of NCAA rules; assist with the implementation of a comprehensive rules education program; monitor all NCAA documentation required from the coaches for the operation of the athletic program. Serve as a member of the athletic compliance committee; assist to monitor athletics observance of NCAA legislation areas such as personnel, amateurism, recruiting, eligibility, financial aid, awards and benefits and playing and practice. Research and interpret rules for coaches, student-athletes, administrators, university staff and other representatives of athletic interest. Assist with the university's continued commitment to a quality NCAA Division I compliance program that is educational, cooperative and professional in nature; attend NCAA regional rules seminars and Conference USA meetings to remain current of the NCAA and legislative changes and perform related projects as assigned. Serve as a member of the Minority and Equity Athletic Committees. Ensure Athletics compliance of NCAA legislation in areas that include recruiting, initial and continuing eligibility, financial aid, extra benefits, awards, housing and playing and practice sessions. Perform other related tasks or special projects as assigned Associate Athletic Director for Compliance. |
