| The Associate Director of Athletic Communications / Creative Services/ Graphic Design assists the Associate Athletic Director for Athletic Communication in handling all forms of athletic communications for the athletic department. Primary focus: This position exists to direct all creative efforts, including videography, graphic design, photography and social media, in conjunction with the Associate Athletic Director for Communications and Associate AD for Marketing and other areas of the athletic department to further the reach and current brand awareness of MTSU Athletics. This position leads the graphic design efforts of the athletic department by creating visuals for social media, digital and print marketing and publications, email messaging, and large-scale designs for facilities. This position also exists to help lead the media relations efforts of the Athletic Communications office by directing, teaching and, assisting sports information assistants in the aspects of graphic design writing, social media, and the upkeep of statistical records. This position works under the supervision and direction of the Associate Athletic Director for Communications. This position also provides support to and works with the Blue Raider Athletic Association, marketing staff, and ticketing staff, among others, by providing visual elements (graphic design, videography, photography) and social media direction to accomplish shared athletic department goals. This position provides support to other members of the Athletic Communications staff by monitoring, editing, and contributing to the athletic department website, by scheduling videographers, photographers, sports information directors, and other necessary game day staff to cover events, and by assisting with the statistical needs of the office. |

| This is a full-time, grant-funded position reporting to the Director of the Tennessee Small Business Development Center (TSBDC) at MTSU. The Assistant Director works with the Director in advancing the mission, visibility, and impact of the TSBDC at MTSU by working on the development, execution, and continuous improvement of operational activities, strategic initiatives, client services, and community outreach across the fourteen-county service region in Middle Tennessee.
The Assistant Director works with the Director on operational execution and community engagement through the Rutherford County home office, satellite offices, and community stakeholders. The Assistant Director works with the Director developing, marketing, and delivering TSBDC services, consisting of high-quality business advising, educational programming, and resource development, to businesses within the region while serving as a visible leader and advocate for small business success in Middle Tennessee. |

The Systems Analyst 2 will contribute to the overall business improvement process, exhibit excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and decision-making skills, and possess a thorough understanding of programming, database, and API concepts and design.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to, close collaboration with end-users to gather requirements, design, test, and implement information systems, applications, integrations, reports, dashboards, and process improvements that support the institution's goals; maintaining expertise in the institution's enterprise applications, SQL, reporting techniques, and programming languages; serving as a knowledgeable resource to guide and train other Systems Analysts on business processes, data usage, system integration, and cross-system dependencies; acting as a liaison between technical teams and user departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration; and contributing continuously to business improvement initiatives.

| Perform a variety of work to include electrical, plumbing masonry, and carpentry in the maintenance, repair, rebuild, and new installation of buildings and grounds at various facilities/sites. Work involves installation and repair of water, electrical, sanitary sewage lines and irrigation, exhaust fans, sewer pumps, air compressors, replacement of belts and lubrication, dishwashers, electrical motors, frost free faucets, garbage disposals, grease traps (in cafeterias), lighting fixtures, lighting controls including photocontrols and timers, motor controls, multi-phase exhaust fan motors, power receptacles, and repair and installation of plumbing fixtures. Perform other related maintenance work requiring the operation of skid steer and attachments. Maintain and repair Deionized central water system; install and repair fused chemical piping; install and remove data loggers and check sensors; repair, test and install backflow devices; and repair sensitive scientific equipment to include boilers for environmental chambers, snorkel arms, and fume hoods. Perform other related tasks or special projects as assigned. Work locations include all university property, Guy James Farm, Swine Farm, Foundation Reception House, Beef Unit, Airport, and a major emphasis on Science related buildings.
