Adjunct ESL Instructor	Louisiana Delta Community College	Monroe, LA
The Adjunct ESL Instructor will be responsible for helping students improve their basic English language skills, written and verbal, and improve math, reading comprehension, language, and computer skills so they can achieve their high school equivalency and/or industry-based credentials (IBC) to secure entry- level employment or advance in their current occupation. The Adjunct ESL Instructor will provide appropriate instruction for groups and individuals using materials, tools, equipment, and scenarios to meet students’ academic and work/career-related needs. The Adjunct ESL Instructor will work with students to determine potential barriers to their success in obtaining, retaining, and advancing their careers. The Adjunct ESL Instructor will also work with students to implement solutions that ensure their success.
Adjunct Adult Education Instructor	Louisiana Delta Community College	Tallulah, LA
The Adjunct Adult Education Instructor will provide instructional services to adults and youths who are out of school in basic skills such as reading, writing, and mathematics. Responsible for increasing the students’ educational functioning level and preparing students to obtain their high school equivalency diploma and/or industry-based credentials (IBC) to secure entry-level employment or advance in their current occupation.
Maritime & Safety Training Coordinator	Fletcher Technical Community College	Houma, LA
A 12-month staff position domiciled at Fletcher’s Houma-Dickson Road Facility. The Maritime & Safety Training Coordinator will be the initial point of contact for individuals entering the facility and is responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, prospective students and current students upon arrival. This position will also provide support for Maritime and Safety programs, courses, faculty, staff, and students and assist with efforts to increase student enrollment and retention. This position will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless and fully functional training operation.
Digital Designer II - LED FastStart	LCTCS	Baton Rouge, LA
The Digital Designer (II) will be responsible for assisting the development of interactive training modules including eLearning, Simulations, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, and other mixed reality platforms. Working with team members, the candidate will develop storyboards, prototypes, and establish guidelines for projects by authoring effective copy, audio, and video scripts that breakdown complex processes into engaging, interactive exercises and practice experiences. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of learning theories, previous working experience in training development, and a design focused on heavy gamification methodology as well as a curious and investigative nature to apply new principles to training and exceed client expectations. Reports to AI and Digital Production Director. Louisiana Economic Development and LED FastStart, a single-source, workforce solutions provider, is building a world-class team to support Louisiana’s overall workforce ecosystem. LED FastStart’s primary focus is to assist new and expanding companies in recruitment, training, and sustaining each company’s workforce pipeline.
