The Facilities Site Manager serves as the on-site presence for the management of all Facilities Department frontline staff, the coordinator of all on-site emergency response protocols, and ensures that all safety and security policies and procedures are being observed at their assigned campus locations. This position must have strong leadership and communication skills as well as the relevant work experience to ensure that these operations are being properly performed. A successful candidate will also be able to cultivate relationships with the faculty and staff, establishing effective lines of communication with these individuals, and ensuring the Department of Facilities and Security Management is adequately meeting departmental objectives.
