Student Success Navigator	Louisiana Delta Community College	Winnsboro, LA
This grant-funded position represents the College for the purposes of general advising, outreach, promoting student enrollment, student retention, and management of Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs and students. The primary responsibility of this role is to serve as a Student Success Navigator for all students, including adult education students, workforce students, academic and technical students. The Navigator will engage in recruiting efforts across all areas and take charge of retention and completion for all programs. Full time position that will provide guidance in areas of recruitment, advising, registration, and retention in CTE programs, workforce development programs, adult education programs, and traditional academic programs.

Adjunct Instructor - Accounting	SOWELA	Lake Charles, LA
This is a part-time adjunct position on the Main Campus in Lake Charles. The School of Business and Applied Technology offers an AAS in Accounting Technology. The Adjunct Instructor – Accounting conducts college-level, transferrable courses in the discipline area of Accounting while developing and designing curriculum plans that foster learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensure student engagement. This Adjunct Instructor is responsible for preparing and delivering lectures on the Main Campus in Lake Charles, online, and/or in hybrid situations, creating a learning environment, and assessing student learning. The Adjunct Instructor – Accounting maintains accurate grade and attendance records, and individual student progress data, and ensures this is a part of the student’s permanent record; adheres to all laws pertaining to disclosure of student records; posts at the office and on the syllabus, on-campus and/or virtual hours to facilitate interaction with students, other faculty, staff administrators, and the public. The Adjunct Instructor – Accounting must be available to students via email, phone, and/or in-person conference, and may mentor other staff or students.
Desktop Analyst – IT Network	SOWELA	Lake Charles, LA
The Desktop IT Network Analyst is responsible for providing support and maintenance for computer equipment and computer labs across all sites. This position will develop and maintain workstation management environment and provide advanced technical support for both Microsoft and Apple based workstations. This position will also train and serve as a backup to the IT Network-Supervisor supporting the VOIP and networking systems of the college.
