The primary responsibilities of the Head Women's Soccer Coach is to direct, support and supervise a successful intercollegiate women's soccer program representing assistant coaches and student athletes. Assistant Track & Field Coach (Full-Time) Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
The Assistant Track & Field Coach must be committed to the Lordship of Christ. This not only means having the correct intellectual belief, but it involves a radical transformation in every area of one’s lifestyle. The Coach must continually seek opportunities to grow and possess strong character traits through the regular practicing of the spiritual disciplines (e.g. prayer, meditation, Bible reading) and develop ministry values that express what God can do in impacting student athletes with whom they interact. The primary role of the Assistant Track & Field Coach will be to spearhead the recruiting efforts within the Track & Field and Cross Country programs. This individual will need to be relational and have a desire to connect and build relationships with high school coaches in Indiana and surrounding states. They will also need to be able to develop a recruiting plan aimed at accomplishing our team’s recruiting goals. Additionally, this individual will need to have a Track & Field background and willingness to contribute in coaching one of our event areas (preferably sprints, hurdles, or jumps). There will be “other duties as assigned” throughout the year. This position involves frequent verbal, written, and email correspondence with students, parents, faculty and staff. Graduate Assistant Counseling Clinic (Part-time) Hourly (Part Time) Indianapolis, IN
Work with the Director of Clinical Training to assign referrals to student counselors. Coordinate with Director of Clinical Training on clerical responsibilities related to the Graduate Counseling division. Collect and enter data related to client satisfaction surveys at the end of each semester. Ensure the Director of Clinical Training gets the originals along with the data report. Retrieve files for Director of Clinical Training for licensure documentation. Assist the Clinic Coordinator with Practicum and Internship Orientation. Maintain client data entry file and tracking system for coordination of clients with student counselors. Understand the policies and procedures for the clinic functions so as to field student counselor questions as needed. Receive student files related to practicum and internship from the FacultySupervisor/Clinic Coordinator and review for all needed documentation being present before placing in the master student file. Receive practicum/internship applications, contracts, and insurance from students or the Clinic Coordinator and keep track of those documents to ensure students have the necessary items to see clients. Update the site binder with new site applications that have been approved or denied and add new site evaluations completed by students each semester. Email field experience students as necessary to let them know of client assignments, procedural changes, or other needed information such as dates for practicum/internship orientation. Complete chart audits on each client being seen each semester and keep the students and Clinic Coordinator apprised of poor quality and timeliness of documentation. Move client charts to inactive when terminated and update the client list. Coordinate with students and the Clinic Coordinator which clients are being transferred/terminated. Be prepared to come to work the week before fall and spring semester to prepare for the start of the semester.
Admissions Counselor Administrative (Full Time) Marion, IN
The admissions counselor position promotes the University and its programs to prospective students and their communities. The admissions counselor manages a caseload of students to identify, recruit, admit and matriculate successfully into the University, its programs and community. The goal is accomplished through building relationships with the student and their family, sharing opportunities available to the student at IWU and encouraging them on their next steps. Engagement varies by season but includes travel, hospitality during campus visits and extensive communication with families (including phone calls).

A Graduate Assistant Basketball Coach works under the Head coach to support a college level basketball team.
