Casual Disability Support Worker – Clinical Care Focus (Oberon, NSW)

Location: Oberon, NSW (45 mins from Bathurst)
Employment Type: Casual (with potential for Permanent Part-Time)
Roster: Shifts range between 2–10 hours, on-call availability, double-staffed personal care shifts

Lifestyle Solutions is seeking compassionate and clinically skilled Disability Support Workers to join our team in Oberon. This role is ideal for someone with a medical or personal care background, looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of people with complex support needs.

About the Role

You will provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals living in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering personal care and clinical support including:

• Catheter care
• Pressure area management
• Complex bowel care
• Mental health support
• Ventilator assistance
• Supporting participants to achieve their goals and maintain wellbeing
• Working collaboratively with a double-staffed team during short shifts
• Ensuring safety, dignity, and respect in every interaction

What We’re Looking For

You’ll bring:

• Experience in personal care and clinical support (aged care, nursing, disability or similar)
• NDIS Worker Clearance, National Police Check, First Aid & CPR
• Valid full driver’s licence and working rights in Australia
• Availability for short shifts and on-call work
