As an Accounts Clerk, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations at Sydney Adventist Hospital. This hands-on role offers broad exposure across accounts payable, reconciliations, cashiering, expense management and month-end activities, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their accounting skills and progress their career.

Who we’re looking for
We're seeking an Accounts Clerk who enjoys transactional finance, takes pride in accuracy and is looking to grow their career within a supportive team environment.
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Experience in an Accounts Clerk, Accounts Payable, Finance Administration or similar role
- Sound knowledge of accounts payable, reconciliations and financial administration processes
- Experience processing invoices, payments, reimbursements and financial transactions
- Strong reconciliation skills and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with finance systems
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Integrity, professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information
- A genuine desire to learn, develop and grow within the Finance team
Highly regarded:
- Certificate III or IV in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Business Administration or Finance
- Experience with JDE EnterpriseOne and/or Transform AP
- Experience working in a large or complex organisation
