The Administrative Executive is responsible to assess applications into Monash University Malaysia campus degree courses and convert applications to Offers, providing expert advice on local and international qualifications to the stakeholders. This role must be able to demonstrate experience in the interpretation and application of academic and administrative policy and have the ability to come up with decisive decision making in relevance to assessment of academic qualifications. This role also requires the incumbent to understand the educational system of Australia and Malaysia and other countries. The incumbent is also responsible for professional engagements with internal units within the organization and with Monash University external stakeholders. The incumbent must also be proactively involved in project(s) and process improvement exercises undertaken by the office but not limited to the entire Marketing & Future Students team and whole organization.

The Senior Administrative Executive - Global Population Health at the Jeffrey Cheah School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Monash University Malaysia, plays a key role in developing, managing and overseeing the operations of the new Department of Population Health within the School. The e-Vigilation Supervisor is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support to ensure the effective operation of the University’s eExams. This role encompasses a variety of tasks related to maintaining the integrity of online exam delivery, online supervision of students attempting eExams, and providing tier-one technical support as required. The e-Vigilation Supervisor is the primary point of contact for students during their examinations and is expected to offer timely professional advice and first-level technical support, ensuring a smooth and efficient e-Exam experience.

The Manager, External Engagement leads the external engagement initiatives in the School of Science to achieve its priorities in education and research. The incumbent drives the implementation of future student recruitment and alumni relations strategies, programs and initiatives aligned with the School and University’s strategic objectives. This Manager, External Engagement also contributes in the delivery of the School of Science’s industry and government partner engagement and research business development that includes managing a range of strategic and operational activities including the identification and cultivation of industry and government research opportunities aligned to school strategic research priorities; the provision of timely advice and support to the academic researchers for costing and pricing of the contracts, consultancies, tenders and industry-related grants; the development and implementation of contractual agreements in line with University processes; and the coordination of other engagement initiatives as they arise across the School of Science and University.
Learning Space Technology Specialist Main campus - Malaysia HEW 5
The Learning Hub Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day activities of all learning spaces, meeting rooms, and video conferencing spaces run smoothly. The incumbent will be well versed in audio-visual technology and have a good level of networking and problem solving skills. The incumbent is expected to be able to identify and solve any problems related to learning spaces, meeting rooms, and video conferencing spaces, escalating issues if necessary. The incumbent is required to continuously handle support tickets as well as perform preventive maintenance on all these spaces. The incumbent will also assist the FM operations team, providing secondary business support for other FM services through the FM helpdesk. The incumbent will also be assisting with the administration of purchase requisitions and purchase orders through the procurement system. The Learning Hub Support Specialist is expected to offer advice and recommendations on AV solutions, identifying opportunities, risks, and issues before they occur. This position requires a strong understanding of technology and effective communication skills.
Executive, Quality and OHS Management System Main campus - Malaysia HEW 5
The Executive, Quality and OHS Management System provides administrative and coordination support for OHSE’s strategies, programs, and initiatives, with a focus on OHS Management System compliance. This role involves planning, coordinating, and conducting OHS audits, training, risk assessments, and incident investigations to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and ISO 45001 standards. The incumbent supports OHSE projects and events, offering expert advice and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. The Executive, Quality and OHS Management System will also ensure OHSE operations are conducted with excellence in process and judgment, providing timely and sound advice to support stakeholders at Schools/Units.
