The Opportunity

The Administrative Executive provides a range of professional and high-quality administrative services to support the effective operation of the Student Administration team in Student Life. This includes providing support to the work activities of the International Student Pass office and responding to enquiries across a range of contact points using electronic, face-to-face and
telephone communication methods.
This role provides administrative support with a focus on excellence and the provision of sound and timely advice to students, staff and other stakeholders.

Reporting line: The position reports to the Assistant Manager under routine supervision
