The Opportunity

A Level B/C academic is expected to make significant contributions to the teaching effort of a discipline, school, faculty or other organisational unit or an interdisciplinary area. An academic at this level is also expected to play a major role in scholarship, research and/or professional activities.

The Lecturer (Practice) or Senior Lecturer (Practice) in Internal Medicine provides academic leadership in the delivery and coordination of high-quality undergraduate teaching for the clinical years at the Clinical School Johor Bahru. The role includes curriculum development, assessment, and evaluation in line with university and accreditation standards, as well as supervision and mentoring of students for the clinical years. The Lecturer (Practice) or Senior Lecturer (Practice) contributes to teaching quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives and actively participates in faculty and school service activities that support the educational mission of the University.

Reporting Line: The position reports to Head of Clinical School Johor Bahru
