The Opportunity

The Executive, People Operations & Mobility is responsible for the effective, timely and compliant delivery of people operations, employee lifecycle and mobility services. The role manages employee lifecycle activities, staff mobility and teaching permit processes, HR enquiries and related operational services, ensuring accurate employee records, effective controls and consistent service standards. The position also drives practical improvements to HR systems and processes and works closely with HR, employees, University stakeholders and relevant external authorities to support effective service delivery.

Reporting Line: The position reports to Senior Manager, HR Services.
