The cook is responsible for estimating food consumption and for purchasing foodstuffs; the cook will receive and examine supplies to ensure quality and quantity meets established standards and specifications. The cook is responsible for the selection and development of recipes, as well as cooking or otherwise preparing food, such as carving meats or trimming and cutting. Shop Technician Atlanta
As the shop technician, you will maintain a safe, functional, and clean working shop environment while performing basic maintenance on equipment and facilities. This includes wood shops, metal shops, plastic labs, sculpture facilities, laser cutters, and 3D printers. Inspired ideation will be a focus as you lead project teams through the processes of concept development, functional programming, space planning, specification of furniture and finishes, design and QC of custom fabrications, curation of artwork, environmental signage, and acquisition of specialties and other unique objects, collections, and curiosities.
