As an enrollment records specialist, you will be engaged in a variety of tasks, from managing the check-listing of transcript calculations to the indexing process for incoming mail. You will handle incoming mail – including electronic files from Parchment and e-Scripts – and redirect non-admission mail to the correct department. You will scan applicant and prospective student materials to the appropriate adviser’s files, entering relevant biographical information into the database. Your role will also involve creating a new record for student data that has not yet been entered into the database and querying prospective students who have submitted documents but do not have enough information to create a prospect record in the database.
In this position, you will officiate international documents and search for documents that advisers cannot locate. Searches may include test scores that initiate the data loading of those into the CRM software. You will ensure no files are duplicated or expired to maintain file integrity, act as backup for the receptionists by answering and directing phone calls, and participate in scheduled SCAD Day activities and other events.
