University Safety Field Operations Manager Savannah
SCAD Savannah seeks a highly skilled university safety field operations manager to coordinate daily operational planning and oversight of the university safety field operations team with select static posts and patrol capabilities.
Safety Officer Atlanta
Providing a safe learning environment for our students, staff and faculty is the core function of the SCAD Department of University Safety. Safety officers will work at various locations and roles throughout the Savannah and Atlanta campuses. Safety Officer positions include patrol officer and fixed post officer. In both of these roles, responsibilities include deterring undesirable behaviors, writing and inputting reports, conducting visual inspections of facilities, directing traffic, responding to radio calls as needed, calling in safety concerns, completing visual inspections and observing occurrences of areas being patrolled.

You will create hundreds of opportunities for employees across all SCAD locations and formats, offer professional and leadership coaching to employees and university leaders, and support the university community through various training and development programs. These offerings — such as courses, workshops, coaching sessions, and their related materials — will be accessible both in person and online. Offerings include, but are not limited to, Leadership Playbook courses, the C-to-C mentoring program, SCAD Start employee orientation, assessments, annual meetings and retreats, and ad hoc development requests. Projects will align learning and development solutions for faculty, staff, and university leaders.
