As a carpenter, you will handle all major and minor building maintenance and repairs, including tasks related to roof framing, soffit, and fascia. You will read and interpret construction drawings, complete assigned work order requests, and use the system to document problems needing correction. Responsibilities include the operation of various hand tools and power equipment; the completion of inspections and repairs on signs, bulletin boards, and other building features; and coordination with different areas of physical resources for repairs that require assistance.
