The incumbent must maintain a working knowledge of all applicable federal, state, and institutional regulations governing these areas and ensure compliance in the administration of related duties. The Specialist serves as a primary resource for students, parents, and campus stakeholders by delivering exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries through phone, email, and online chat interactions. This role provides accurate guidance, resolves account-related questions, and assists individuals in understanding institutional policies and procedures. The position also supports operational continuity within the Student Accounting Services team by providing service coverage across multiple functions while fostering a positive, professional, and customer-focused experience.
