Job Summary/Basic Functions
The CIEGE Coordinator will coordinate with the CIEGE team and campus partners to support the mission of the Center for Inclusive Excellence and Global Engagement. Collaborating directly with the CIEGE Director, Associate Director for International Student Success, and the Bilingual Outreach Coordinator, this person will provide engagement opportunities for students by creating, supporting, and collaborating on campus-wide initiatives that focus on uplifting the student experience and engaging and developing students from admission to graduation. Additionally, the coordinator will advise, develop, and support student organizations and grow student leadership and engagement to enhance a sense of belonging for students on campus. Finally, this person will coordinate CIEGE operations, including campus-wide communications and space and event reservations.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Student Personnel Services, Higher Education Administration, Social Work, or in a related field is preferred.
Experience: One year of experience required.

Job Duties:
- 60% - Lead programs and initiatives hosted by the Center for Inclusive Excellence and Global Engagement, including coordinating and executing heritage, history, and awareness month programming. - (Essential)
- 15% - Provide support and encouragement for EKU students and student organizations and serve as an advocate on issues, problems, and concerns, focused on student sense of belonging. - (Essential)
- 10% - Manage campus-wide communications for CIEGE, including weekly newsletter, website, Engage, Slate, and EKU Today postings. Manage space reservations for CIEGE team and student organizations. - (Essential)
- 10% - Coordinate with CIEGE team, Division of Student Affairs, and Enrollment team on recruitment events that focus on sense of belonging and facilitate sessions on high school to college transition and student success. Coordinate with CIEGE team, Division of Student Affairs, Enrollment, and student organizations on visit and engagement opportunities to ensure representation, and engagement between CIEGE and prospective students. - (Essential)
