Job Summary/Basic Functions
Provide high level administration and professional support services for all activities of the program, direct executive assistance to program leaders, and oversee program needs. Services provided include written communications, meeting and resource management, data management and analysis, scheduling, organization, conducting research, budget management, and coordination of activities across programs to ensure a positive employee experience and seamless service. The typical workday is 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, with the occasional need for flexible hours during events and programs.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience: One year of progressively responsible clerical, secretarial and/ or administrative support is required.

- 55% - Perform Administrative Functions to support the effective operation of associated programs - (Essential)
- 20% - Maintain excellent public relations with internal and external constituents and create professional and accurate reports, presentations, and documents - (Essential)
