Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Education Abroad Coordinator will provide comprehensive support for Education Abroad for domestic students and assistance in all aspects of developing an increasing number of custom faculty-led study abroad programs.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: - Bachelor's Degree

Experience: - One year of related experience is preferred.

- Previous international or study abroad experience preferred.

Job Duties:

  • 35% - Provide support for a growing Education Abroad program through study abroad student advising (prospective study abroad students, current students, and post-program study abroad ambassador students). - (Essential)
  • 30% - Provide support for a growing student Education Abroad program through Marketing, Promotion, and Outreach. - (Essential)
  • 25% - Provide support for a growing faculty-led Education Abroad program. Provides continuous support and follow-up on projects involving office events, custom program budgeting, payments for international programs, scholarship application cycles and budgeting, and program assessment. - (Essential)
  • 10% - Supports the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned - (Essential)
