Job Summary/Basic Functions

The role of the Program Specialist is to provide professional support to the Dean, Department Chairs and other faculty and staff members of the College. Perform administrative functions such as manage communications, review key dashboards, manage personnel processes, prepare accurate documents, facilitate scheduling, maintain financial records and documentation, coordinate events, and oversee facility maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required. Master's degree preferred.

Experience: One year of related experience. Preferred experience in office management and/or strategic planning and academic accreditation and approval documentation. Must have basic budgeting and accounting skills as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • 50% - Perform Administrative Functions to support the effective operation of the college and associated programs - ()
