Job Summary/Basic Functions
Graduate Assistants with the McNair Scholars Program will assist program staff with the administration of program processes and operations, including data management, program/event planning, and student engagement and support. Graduate Assistants will develop professionally desirable skills and competencies while supporting the development of McNair Scholars and . Successful applicants will demonstrate an ability to interact with professionals from many areas of the university and other McNair Scholar programs and with students from a range of undergraduate majors. McNair Scholar Graduate Assistants will model those behaviors successful undergraduates possess, including time management, project management, communication and social skills, and personal and academic goal setting and achievement.

Education: Enrolled in Graduate School at EKU

Graduate of a McNair Scholars Program and/or other federal TRIO program
