Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Program Manager, Visit Experience & Hospitality serves as the primary face to campus visitors seeking information regarding admission to the university. The incumbent plans, coordinates, and implements daily campus visits for individuals and groups. Incumbents must have a thorough knowledge of all academic programs, financial aid, student engagement opportunities, and admission standards, processes, and policies. Duties include managing all daily visit CRM functionality, including registrations, reporting, survey collection, and communications. This position also serves as the building manager for the Whitlock Building.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in related field required. Master's degree preferred.

Experience: Two years of experience working with college recruitment. Experience in event planning preferred.

Job Duties:

  • 50% - Design and implement a best-in-class Campus Visit program for prospective students and families. This includes working with facilities management, conferencing and events, campus partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure our campus visitors are given top-notch customer service. - (Essential)
  • 35% - Support Whitlock Building & Welcome Center Operations & Hospitality and supervise Welcome Center Coordinator. - (Essential)
  • 10% - Coordination of onboarding, training, and persistence of Campus Visit student staff members and tour route planning and execution. - (Essential)
  • 5% - Ensure the effective operations by performing other duties and special projects as assigned. - ()
