Job Summary/Basic Functions
The Dual Credit Coordinator supports EKU’s Dual Credit Program by providing direct service to students, program partners, and other constituents, executing enrollment and advising, coordinating routine communication, and program partnerships. Working under the leadership of the Assistant Director, the Coordinator holds an essential role in student success, helping students navigate course selection, program pathways, and registration processes. In addition, the coordinator timely and accurately executes key workflows, maintains communication with students and program partners, and supports regular operations of the Dual Credit Office.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
Experience: 1-2 years or more of experience in academic advising, recruitment, or admissions capacity is required. Experience to include a working knowledge of the structure of higher education and general Higher Education Policy & Procedures.

Job Duties:
- 30% - Provides academic advising and enrollment guidance to dual credit students. Supports course selection, tracks progress, and intervenes when issues arise to promote success, retention, and alignment with academic goals. - (Essential)
- 25% - Performs daily program tasks including registration, document intake, and data updates. Maintains accurate records across systems and supports section tracking and scheduling coordination. - (Essential)
- 20% - Responds to questions from students, families, and school partners with clarity and professionalism. Assists with outgoing communication and supports delivery of forms, reminders, and other time-sensitive partner updates. - (Essential)
- 15% - Maintains accurate records of enrollment, communication, and advising interactions. Assists with data review and reporting to support operational accuracy, compliance, and informed decision-making by the program leadership team. - (Essential)
- 10% - Supports special projects, cross-training, and seasonal tasks as assigned. Some evening and weekend work is required to support dual credit program operations and broader divisional needs. - (Essential)
