Job Summary/Basic Functions
The Central Stores Logistics Specialist is responsible for assisting the Central Stores Supervisor logistically. They will be the primary delivery person and will be the bridge between the campus and the warehouse. They will maintain the chain of custody with detailed record keeping and reporting along with any other duties assigned by the Central Stores Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Experience: 1 year of experience
Licensure & Certifications: A valid drivers license.

Job Duties:
- 40% - Efficiently make deliveries to all areas of the University by working closely with the Central Stores Supervisor to prioritize and organize our logistics. - (Essential)
- 30% - Maintain the chain of custody for all deliveries by receiving ground and freight deliveries and keeping accurate records and communicating with campus community as needed. - (Essential)
- 15% - Report back to the Central Stores Supervisor regarding any needs or concerns from faculty and staff to make sure we are sustaining top level customer service. - (Essential)
- 15% - Support record keeping functions in the warehouse in any way deemed necessary by the Central Stores Supervisor. Assisting faculty/staff with items they need from our stock and keeping records of each transaction. - (Essential)
