| Football Video Coordinator is to assist the head coach in the administration of a Division I intercollegiate Football program that complies with the mission, guidelines, rules and regulations of the University, conference, and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). Under the supervision of the Head Football Coach, this person is responsible for, but not limited to, maintenance of video and computer equipment, organization of practice filming, filming of games, film exchange with conference and non-conference opponents, recruiting and management of student film staff and production of highlight films. Other duties may be assigned by the Director of Athletics, sport administrator and/or head coach. |

| The Assistant Director of Annual Giving and Stewardship provides coordination for annual giving campaigns, including signature initiatives like Giving Day. This role oversees the execution of comprehensive alumni and friend solicitation strategies, facilitates all aspects of annual giving initiatives, and coordinates written communications to enhance donor stewardship and community relations. The Assistant Director plays a pivotal role in fostering a culture of philanthropy by cultivating meaningful relationships with donors, ensuring consistent and impactful communication, and leveraging innovative approaches to engage and retain supporters.
In collaboration with the digital fundraising specialist, the Assistant Director aligns the creative vision for each year's campaigns, ensuring that all materials resonate with the target audience and reflect the university's mission and values. |
