Associate, Student Services Nashville
The Service Center at the Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) supports the System Office and Technical Colleges of Applied Technology (TCATs) within the following functional areas: Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, and Student. The Service Center Student functional area is supported by the Office of Student Success for admissions, records, financial aid, and accounts receivable. The Associate, Student Services is responsible for ensuring all student transactions are provided in a timely and accurate manner and in compliance with all applicable institutional, TBR, State, and Federal regulations, policies, and guidelines. In consultation with the Student Shared Services Manager, Associate Vice Chancellor for Student and Financial Aid Services, Assistant Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, and Student Services Specialist, this position manages student record processing in Banner for the technical colleges. The Associate, Student Services works closely with the institutions of the TBR system and is expected to provide a high level of customer service to all institutions served.
Learning Support Instructor for Mathematics Jackson
This is a full-time, academic-year (9 months), one-year term (renewable) appointment within the School of Math and Natural Sciences. The faculty member is responsible for the planning and delivery of quality classroom instruction across multiple delivery formats, program coordination, assessment of student learning, and service to the shared governance of the college. The faculty member is responsible for performing assigned duties during the day and evening on any Jackson State Community College Campus.
Vice President of Student Affairs Crump
The Vice President of Student Affairs is to support the College President in administering and directing College affairs. He/she serves as the visionary officer for the Student Affairs department and ensures quality, innovative, and student-centered services. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing all aspects of student affairs for a multi-campus college including recruiting, retention, counseling, financial aid, student grievances, and placement. This position will comply with TBR and accreditation standards as well as federal guidelines. This role administers the TBR policies and procedures that apply to the area; directs the planning, development, and implementation of all aspects of quality student services to meet the community's present and future needs. This position also works closely with other team members to ensure TCAT Crump serves our campus and community needs.
