| The Facilities Support Associate 4 performs building maintenance and related work as required in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, lighting, landscaping, painting, carpentry, and HVAC. During inclement weather events or emergency maintenance situations, facilities personnel may be called in to work outside of regularly scheduled work hours. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7.5 hours per day, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. with a fixed schedule to be set after employment begins. Some travel and work at satellite campuses may be required. |

The Director is responsible for overseeing the establishment and operation of the AI Division and for coordinating all project activities, including governance development, faculty and staff engagement, pilot projects, evaluation, reporting, and sustainability planning. This position serves as the primary institutional and federal point of contact for the grant and ensures alignment with Columbia State’s mission, policies, and institutional priorities. |
