The faculty member is responsible for planning, evaluating, and revising curricula, course content, and course materials. The faculty member teaches full-time classroom and clinical instruction for Associate's degree nursing students; assesses clinical education needs, utilizing a variety of methods. | The Instructor/Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, planning, preparation, presentation, and evaluation of classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction and related activities. At a minimum, the related activities include instruction, instructional counseling, academic advising, program recruitment, serving on various college committees, and participating in professional activities and organizations. The professor is responsible for performing assigned teaching duties during designated times. The duties will be preformed at the Jackson campus, but will include travel to affiliate locations as needed. The professor will operate under the supervision of the Radiologic Technology Program Director and the Dean of Health Sciences and Nursing and in cooperation of other stakeholders. Other stakeholders include the RADT Program Advisory Committee, Jackson State Community College and all relevant accrediting bodies. |
